My philosophy when it comes to business is quite simple, be excellent. But excellence means different things to different people so let me clarify what I think it means: 

 

It means doing great work, treating people well, being honest, working hard and leaving each customer knowing everyone is happy and the job is done right. It also means treating your staff like gold and ensuring they are happy and successful in life. When they are happy, they will make sure their customers are happy. Its a simple formula really. Treat everyone well.

 

Excellence also happens to be my only real marketing strategy. You would be hard pressed to find a client of mine say that I don't live up to my principles, and they tell their friends and colleagues about me because of it. Good people are hard to find and word of mouth is a powerful marketing strategy so I simply demand excellence and let you do the rest.

 

But we aren't so serious that we don't have a little fun while we are at it. We love what we do and we enjoy working with each other. We take time to relax, spend time with family and maintain happy and healthy lifestyles. But when it's time to work...the job gets done right, our customers are happy and everyone wins.
